This course provides participants with essential knowledge and skills for effectively addressing insider threats in the workplace. It explores how a culture that overlooks minor violations can contribute to the growth of these threats and their impact on organizational goals. Participants will learn multi-functional strategies for managing insider threats and creating a safer work environment. Additionally, the course focuses on developing a comprehensive plan to mitigate these risks while enhancing the organization’s competitive advantage.
