Graduate Student Researcher

Hanna Northway is a Master of Science in Homeland Security Studies student at Sam Houston State University and a Graduate Assistant with the Institute for Homeland Security. She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from SHSU in August of 2026 and is driven by her commitment to education. She has taken in interest in researching emergency and disaster management, social network analysis, and public policy. After completing her Master's, she plans to pursue a career in data analysis or emergency planning at the federal level.
